				 Ladies from the P.W.A. led the evening 
				service in Railway Street Presbyterian Church on Sunday 30th 
				October 2005.  Norma Coggins - President, welcomed the 
				congregation and Dorothy McClelland and Edith McConnell led the 
				prayers.  Elma Lindsay - Vice President, read a portion of 
				scripture from 
				Psalm 1 
				and Ephesians 3: 14 - 22, and Heather Henry read one 
				her poems entitled �Rooted in Christ�.  In the address, Evelyn 
				Whyte - Deaconess at First Lisburn, spoke about the importance 
				of being �Rooted in Christ� and letting our roots grow deep down 
				into God and growing in our relationship with Him. 
				The church choir, accompanied by organist - 
				Dr. Bertha Cowan led the praise and the soloist was Valerie 
				Henderson.

				The Rev. Ian McIlroy and his wife Maureen, 
							former members of Railway Street congregation,

							minister of Kirkmaiden and Stoneykirk Parishes in 
							the Presbytery of Wigtown and Stranraer, Church of
