Over 350 people attend �If my people��
A huge crowd of over 350 people attended �If My People�� in the Lagan Valley
Leisure Complex on Saturday 25th March 2006. The
worship was led by Andi Oakes and the speaker was Derick
Bingham, who is a preacher and author very well known and
respected internationally. The name �If My People�� is an
inspiring prayer for revival taken from 2 Chronicles 7v14: �If
my people, which are called by my name, will humble themselves
and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then
will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal
their land.�
The event was
organised by Crown Jesus Ministries, in conjunction with
representatives from 18 Lisburn churches: Lisburn Cathedral,
Christ Church and St. Paul�s - Church of Ireland Churches; First
Lisburn, Railway Street, Sloan Street, Elmwood, St. Columba�s
and Harmony Hill - Presbyterian Churches; Emmanuel and Lisburn -
Baptist Churches; Kingdom Life and Lisburn - Elim Churches;
Trinity Methodist; Mount Zion Free Methodist; Church of the
Nazarene; The Salvation Army; and the recently formed Fresh Oil
Church.
