A group from Thompson House head to Paris on an art trip

A group from Thompson Hospital headed off to Paris last
Monday morning for a four day Art Trip. Eddie Jordan, Hilary
Palmer, Laura McCrum and Jonny Keery were accompanied by Carol
McBurney - Diversional Therapist, Colin Watson - Art Therapist
and nurses Vivienne Harper and John Guiney. Also helping out
were volunteers - Marie McStay, Jennifer Hamilton, Mary McCappin,
Esther Brimage and Tom Keery.
Ronnie Wilson and Bobby McGregor drove them to Belfast
International Airport for the 1.05pm flight to Charles de Gaulle
airport, Paris. They arrived at 3.45pm (local time) and were
picked up at the airport by taxi arriving at the Hotel Du Louvre
(opposite the Louvre) at about 6.00pm, where they stayed for
three nights. Their packed itinerary included visits to the
Musee d�Orsay, Musee de l�Orangerie, Musee Picasso, Eiffel Tower
and last but by no means least a morning shopping in Paris
before the 4.15pm (local time) flight home arriving at Belfast
International Airport on Thursday at 5.05pm.
