In July 2007, in addition to her role as minister of Moira and
Maghaberry Methodist Churches, the Rev Elizabeth Hewitt was
appointed minister of Glenavy and Craigmore in succession to the
Rev Leslie Spence, now minister of Bluestone and Ballinacor in
the Lurgan Methodist Circuit. Miss Hewitt, who has pastoral
oversight of Moira, Maghaberry, Glenavy and Craigmore
congregations is now the Superintendent Minister for the Glenavy
and Moira Methodist Circuit.
