the Key 2 Life tent campaign. |
The Disabled Christian Fellowship Choir (DCF) from Lisburn were
the guest singers on Tuesday evening (20th May) and conducted by
Jean Watson and accompanied by blind pianist Gwen Kennedy, they
sang, Wonderful Grace of Jesus, I stand amazed and Home of
the soul. Trevor Matthews led the service and the preacher was
Andrew McCullough. In his address based on the story of the Good
Samaritan, Andrew said, Just like the man going down the road
from Jerusalem to Jericho, we are on a downward, dangerous road
that brings ruin. If the wounded man had rejected the held of
the Good Samaritan he would have died and if we reject Jesus -
so too will we die. Andrew continued by saying that Jesus is
waiting with arms wide open to welcome, heal and cleanse; and
concluded by asking the question, Will you come?
Everyone will be made most welcome to the tent campaign;
meetings commence at 8.00pm (Monday - Friday) and on Sunday
evenings at 8.30pm. (There will no meetings on Saturday
evenings).
