Gospel Choir brings Christmas joy to Lisburn

THE title of their debut album 'Feel the Joy' would perhaps best describe the atmosphere as Belfast Community Gospel Choir thrilled a capacity audience at a Christmas Concert in Lisburn Cathedral.
Led by their charismatic director and founder Marie Lacey, the multi-cultural choir, Northern Ireland's first ever Community Gospel Choir, performed with energy and passion as they belted out Christmas carols, gospel classics and up-beat feel good songs from their CD including, Can you feel it', 'Bridge over troubled water' and 'A little help from my friends'.
The event was part of a series of festive events organised and promoted by Lisburn City Centre Management in conjunction with Lisburn Historic Quarter Partnership.
