A LISBURN mother and daughter will take to the catwalk to help raise funds for premature baby charity TinyLife.
Liz Milburne and Mags White will join a host of models incuding Matthew Toman, Northern Ireland's sexiest male and equestrian Olympian and mum of premature twins, Sasha Stewart on the catwalk on Thursday March 12 at 8pm in the Craigavon Civic Centre.
Mags from Moira, whose daughter Megan passed away last year after being born prematurely at 26 weeks, didn't hesitate to say yes when she was asked to take part and even managed to persuade her mum to do it too.
She explained: "Myself and my husband Barry will never forget the support we received from Tiny Life when our late baby daughter, Megan, was born prematurely at 26 weeks.
"Having organised and taken part in a variety of events to support the charity, I jumped at the chance to take part in the Fashion Show.
"Debenhams have been so welcoming for even the most reluctant of models at the fittings, and the clothes are absolutely beautiful.
All the participants are looking forward to being pampered and strutting their stuff on the evening of the show."
Andrea Milligan, Community Events Officer, said: "The evening promises to be a great night out for all ages with the added bonus of supporting Tinylife.
"Our Family Support Officer works closely with the neonatal unit in Craigavon Area Hospital and provides ongoing support to parents of premature babies," she concluded.
Guests will be inspired by the catwalk collections from Debenhams for both men and women and will also be treated to performances from Daniel May and the Pamela Cassells School of Performance. Tickets £12, available from TinyLife 90 815050 or email andrea@tinylife.org.uk
