KAREN Lyons, 42, is preparing to open Lyon's Cubs day nursery on the Antrim Road. She is married to Thomas and has a three-year-old son called Kurtis.

What do you like doing on your day off?
When I have time to myself I like to go shopping for clothes and relaxing with friends and family.

If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be?
The steak with pepper sauce at Lizzy Drakes is my favourite meal. It is great value for money.

What has been your proudest moment?
When I first saw my son after he was born.

What was the most frightening moment of your life?
When I thought I was going to lose my son just before he was born.

How would you describe your taste in clothes?
I would like to think I am fashionable but don't follow fashion trends. I wear what I think suits me.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?
I would share it with my family.

What was your most embarrassing moment?
My waters broke when I was at work, in front of all my colleagues.

What music do you like?
I like all sorts of music but Westlife is my favourite band.

What sports person do you most admire?
Definitely the late George Best.

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
I went on holiday to Jamaica and had a brilliant time. I enjoyed the culture and the island is beautiful. The waterfalls I saw were amazing. I would love to go on a world cruise.

What is your greatest remaining ambition?
To make my business venture a success.

If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
I would like to spend time with Richard Gere simply because he is gorgeous.

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?
Water, food and sun lotion.
