What do you like doing on your day off?
Generally have a
lie in, go for swim, maybe out for lunch, or spend some quality time with my
wee dog Alfie, I don't see much of him when I'm working.
If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it
be, where and why?
I eat out quite a lot so its hard to choose. I really
love steak when I go out and have had a few really nice meals in the Plough
Hillsborough recently.
What has been your proudest moment?
Probably buying my own home two years ago, signing my
life away and feeling very grown up and a bit sad getting excited over
kitchen appliances and soft furnishings. I was also extremely proud to reach
the final of manicurist of the year. I have a huge passion for natural nail
care and its nice to get recognised for my work, which I take great care and
pride with.
What was the most frightening moment of your life?
Learning to scuba dive in Thailand a few years ago -
being 20 metres deep at the bottom of the ocean with a really strong
current. I had a panic attack while taking off my mask. It was scary - you
cant do anything, you just have to try to breathe and relax.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
It changes quite a bit to be honest, kind of casual
during the week and funky/boho when I go out. I like unusual things.
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
Book a massive holiday for all my friends and family -
all expenses paid to Las Vegas. Also I would get a makeover team to work
wonders on my house, do all the things on my list, that never get done.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
At Oxygen music festival a few years ago, the mud was
knee deep. I walked out off my wellies and fell flat on my face in the mud.
People were just trampling over me.
What music do you like?
I love Indie music. Elbow are my favourite band.
What sports person do you most admire?
I have always admired Mohammad Mi.
Describe your best ever holiday. What would your
dream holiday be?
I travelled to Thailand and Australia with my
friend a few years ago. I was away for 6 months and had a great
experience that I will never forget. I would really love to go to
the Maldives.
If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would
you choose?
Michael McIntyre.
If you were stranded on a desert island what
three things would you want with you?
My mobile phone, MP3 Player and a very long puzzle book.
