DAN McAlister, 24, from Lisburn completed a week's work experience with The Ulster Star.
He wants to be a journalist and is interested in music, football, comedy and current affairs. He is also a Member of Lisburn TaeKwonDo Club.
What do you like doing on your day off?
Reading, watching boxed DVD sets going to a concert or to watch the
football.
If you were to choose your favourite meal
what would it be, where and why?
Anything from Sapporo, a Japanese Restaurant in Liverpool.
What has been your proudest moment?
Graduating.
What was the most frightening moment of your
life?
Leaving my dissertation until two days before to write up.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
Casual.
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
Become a property developer.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
Ha! - No Chance.
What music do you like?
Mainly Rock - whatever that means these days.
What sports person do you most admire?
Ryan Giggs. Pure professional and someone I have grown up
watching play for my beloved Manchester United.
Describe your best ever holiday. What would
your dream holiday be?
Paris, school trip with my friend in Third year at school. A
trip to New York would be a dream.
What is your greatest remaining ambition?
To write for a national newspaper.
If you could spend a day with a celebrity
whom would you choose?
Bill Murray.
If you were stranded on a desert island what
three things would you want with you?
A guitar, my computer and a friend/family member.
