Caroline Patterson, 42, is a member of Dromara Cycling Club. She recently got back on the saddle after spending months recovering from an accident which left her in a coma. Caroline is lucky to be alive after a cycling accident resulted in a head injury, broken collar bone and ribs, in September 2010. She has a daughter and two young sons.
What do you like doing on your day off?
In my spare time I like to go out on my bike.
If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where
and why?
Steak and chips at the Millbrook lodge Hotel Ballynahinch - their
steaks are good.
What has been your proudest moment?
Getting to the top of Killimanjaro was a very proud moment.
What was the most frightening moment of your life?
Having my head injury bicycle accident and being in a coma was very
frightening.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
Alright I guess.
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
Buy a nice house and take my children on holiday and give my family
some money too.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
I can't think of anything.
What music do you like?
I like '80s music best.
What sports person do you most admire?
That would have to be Lance Armstrong.
Describe your best ever holiday?
Australia was my best ever holiday with my daughter. I don't have a
dream holiday that I would like to go on.
What is your greatest remaining ambition?
To be a fire fighter
If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
I would like to spend Kerry Katona

you want?
