What do you like doing on your day off?
Having a lie in if possible. Then making a good breakfast and sitting down
in front of the telly to catch up on shows I've missed during the week. If
the weather is good, it's great to head out shopping or to the park with the
buggy.
If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and
why?
I'd have to say pizza cooked by a guy in Venice who had a 'pizza making
degree' or so he said anyway. The pizza was awesome and you could walk about
town with a glass of wine and pizza till the early hours.
What has been your proudest moment?
Seeing my son for the first time.
What was the most frightening moment of your life?
I was in a car accident a few years ago.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
Unusual or vintage clothes catch my eye, but I've got a wardrobe of all
sorts that I mix and match depending on what I'm doing. At the minute I rely
on my trainers and jeans a lot.
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
Go on holiday, one of those round the world trips would be nice. For
holidays at home, a place near Enniskillen would be lovely. I'd have to get
huge premises for Healthy Practice as well.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
Realising after I had been arguing with someone at the reception desk for
ages about why they wouldn't let me check in, that I'd taken a taxi to the
wrong hotel. I was across the water for a job interview and went to the
Holiday Inn instead of the Holiday Inn Express beside Heathrow. I left the
desk but had to re-join the queue of giggling people because my mobile
needed charged and I had to ask the person at reception to call me another
taxi.
What music do you like?
A bit of everything from Elbow to Queens of the Stone Age.
Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
Apart from my honeymoon, my best ever holiday was to the Grand Canyon. My
dream holiday would be a round the world trip, ending up in Australia for a
longer stay.
What is your greatest remaining ambition?
To do something big for charity like walking the great wall of China. I
would also like to overcome my fear of scubadiving.
If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
Robin Williams
If you were stranded on a desert island what three things
would you want
with you?
A free mojito vending machine, a hammock and The Beach Boys band playing
live.
