What do you like doing on your day off?
I am not working at the minute as I am a full time mum and carer to my son,
so when I do get a day or a night to myself I like going out for dinner with
my boyfriend or a night out with my friends. Although most of the time I
just like being really boring and sitting in enjoying the peace and quiet
and relaxing.
If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and
why?
Definitely my mums shepherds pie, no-one can ever make a meal quite like
mum.
What has been your proudest moment?
When I had my son, being able to hold a child so beautiful and perfect and
know he was mine was the proudest moment of my life.
What was the most frightening moment of your life?
When my son got diagnosed with autism I had no idea what autism was or how
it was going to affect his life and our lives. Luckily I had so much support
from my family, friends and of course Autism NI Lisburn branch to help us
get through that frightening moment in our lives.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
I have quite a quirky taste in clothes. Depending on my mood one day I
could be in an all black and leather jacket mood and the next day I could in
be all flowery tops and wee dresses.
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
I honestly would not know what to do with that kind of money so I would
put my mum in charge of it, She is the shopping queen so with her helping me
I'm sure we would have it spent in a matter of days.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
My life is full of embarrassing moments, I'm constantly falling over things,
banging into things (eg. lampposts) and saying things without thinking.
What music do you like?
I like a bit of a variety, but at the minute I think the singer Adele is
unbelievable.
Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
My best holiday had to be when me and my family went to Euro Disney, my son
loved it. I would love to take him to Disneyland in Florida, at the minute
the long flight would be too diffrcult for him to cope with but it's
something to look forward to in the future.
What is your greatest remaining ambition?
I want to go to university and finish my studies to he a nurse
If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
It would have to be Lady Ga Ga, I bet that would be one strange and
interesting day.
If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want
with you?
James Cordon, to keep me laughing the whole time. A good bikini so I can get
a great tan and a mobile so I can phone myself a boat home eventually.
