SARAH Kee, 22, from Lisburn studies biochemistry at Queen's University. She has just returned from America where she spent a year on a Business Education Initiative Exchange at St. Andrews Presbyterian College in North Carolina.
Sarah has a passion for horse riding and keeps her own horses.
What do you like doing on your day off?
Horse riding and running.
If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and
why?
I love Thai food, so I'd love to jet off to Thailand to sample some of the
local culture and cuisine.
What has been your proudest moment?
Getting my first horse Patrick and being awarded player of the year for
cross-country running.
What was the most frightening moment of your life?
Leaving Northern Ireland for the USA. However, it was also one of the
greatest moments of my life.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
I like vintage clothes, my favourite shop would be urban outfitters
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
Invest it in my stable yard. I'd build a new barn and a cross-country
course. I'd also treat my family to a holiday.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
I really can't think of anything that's been too embarrassing.
What music do you like?
My favourite band is Mumford and Sons. I enjoy folk music but I like all
genres of music. What music I listen to depends on the mood I am in.
What sports person do you most admire?
William Fox Pitt an event rider.
Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
I'd love to visit south America, India, China and Japan. So my dream
holiday would have to be a year long holiday exploring all these
different areas of the world.
What is your greatest remaining ambition?
To run my own stable yard.
If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
Michael Mclntryre, because he is hilarious.
If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you
want with you?
A boat, some food and some water so that I could sail back to Northern
Ireland.
