Jim I sent these photos to be included in the Australian exiles.

One is the 817 SQD of ATC meeting in Wallace Ave. I was a member of the SQD. The photo is of the guys with me four from Lisburn, we left to take part in the British Isles Athletic Championship in England at RAF UxBridge. hope the spelling is right.

Left of photo at back - Dek Searers, Albert Mack, Reggie Brown and me. We were teenagers who were the Northern Ireland Champions for the (Air Training Corp) ATC in N.I. Dek, Albert, Reggie, were around 17. I was 13 or 14. I know that Reggie is dead, Albert was in the RUC, Dek I don't know what happened to him. All the other guys are from Belfast cannot remember their names.

 The photo of me wearing the RUR Caubeen and Hackle is mine when I was in the 6th RUR (TA), Lisburn Company Royal Irish Rifles.

The photo of the young soldier is my Uncle William Henry Hughes enlisted in 1914 in 11/12th RIR as a Lewis Machine Gunner, he died in 25th October 1918, his name is on the War Memorial 1914-1918 war, lived at 54 Gregg Street.

I have also included a Photo of my parents. David and Martha Connor taken in 1936 married in the Cathedral.

I get enjoyment visiting the site, to bring back memories and I hope the photos I have asked to be included is not too much trouble for you, I hope it brings back memories if people see them.
